Artecity enjoys one of the best locations in Miami. While the South of Fifth neighborhood arguably holds the premier ranking, the Collins Park neighborhood, in which Artecity is located, is rapidly becoming a top choice among residents and vacationers alike. In addition to being two blocks from the ocean and four blocks from Lincoln Road, Artecity is in close proximity to highest concentration of luxury hotels, restaurants and nightlife in South Beach. The Setai, W South Beach, Gansevoort South, Shore Club, Vita, Mr. Chow and Nobu are just some of the most notable.

Artecity is surrounded by historic Art Deco buildings and enjoys close proximity to the Bass Museum of Art just across the street as well as the Miami City Ballet, the Miami Beach Public Library, The newly constructed New World Symphony building designed by Frank Gehry, and The Fillmore.

The Collins Park neighborhood has gone through extensive recent improvements by the City of Miami Beach. Last year Collins Park, the only piece of land separating Artecity from the ocean, was completely renovated. All of the streets in the surrounding neighborhood have either been redone or are in the process currently. Improvements include new drainage, new streets and landscaping.
